They are now recruiting a Spanish Customer Service Agent in their Cape Town headquarters. Role: Respond to emails received from publishers Analyse payment concerns brought up by customers Respond to queries sent to the KDP forums Work with Operations Manager in documenting process flows Skills: Spanish and English fluent is a must 1-5 years’ experience in front line (customer or supplier) facing role Experience in a technical support process particularly web enabled software products or service Graduate Degree within any field Basic familiarity with web technologies and html is highly desirable Gain: Our client offers the chance to work in a growing and dynamic industry as well as the opportunity for training and further progression.
