Parow, Western Cape - POSITION: PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: CAPE TOWN DEPARTMENT: PLANNING (CENTRAL) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To provide general administrative assistance to the Merchandise Team and maintain existing reports by ensuring that it remains updated, distributed and checked for accuracy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Compile; maintain and distribute existing reports (weekly, monthly; quarterly; ad hoc) Develop basic reports from queries using existing available information Analyse reports and investigate variances Resolve internal customer queries Provide administrative support (i.e. product hierarchy maintenance, superstyle maintenance and capturing of seasonal parameters, JDA Allocations admin support, etc).
