This position reports to the Coldstore Supervisor KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: To supervise flow of work within the coldstore to ensure maximum productivity, safety and efficiency To assist with the sorting, storage, receipt and dispatching of product in the coldstore To assist with managing stock levels effectively and efficiently To report on the daily stock movements and levels To control inventory levels by conducting physical counts To ensure compliance to coldstore controls and procedures designed to avoid product loss To ensure that coldstore staff follow established safety procedures when performing job duties To correct unsafe conditions in work area and to report any conditions which are not correctable to the coldstore supervisor To ensure that the coldstore complies with HACCP/BRC procedures in respect of temperature protocols and labeling.
